Course 1 : Learn To Swim
Skills mastered
- Prone & back float
- Swim forward, roll over onto back & kick/scull
- Tread water
- Jump in & return to the wall

- 8 day course
- limited to 5 swimmers per course, and open to everyone.
Course 2 : Safety Swimming
Sarah's Swim Academy provides a very successful Safety Swimming course specially designed to teach adults to rescue in emergency situations. This course is only given to those adults who have successfully completed our Learn to Swim course.
Skills mastered
- Jump into the water
- Swim to a person
- Recover a person from the water & swim back to safety
- Lift a person out of the pool

Things to note:
- 1 x swimming cap issued in Course 1
- Please do not wear goggles
- All lessons are compulsory as you build from one lesson to the next
- There are no make up lessons
- Please ensure that you are on time.
